Now that we begin a new year, can you clean up all the old stuff. Thanks, and Happy New Year.

Catch the article by our new mayor?
He's going to keep taxes down by getting volunteers to do the work.
If he succeeds, why would we need paid employees? Hope it works.

I see our mayor is going to keep our taxes stable.
How is he going do do that after he and his fellow committee people gave away the store to the employees last year in their contract.

He will lay off some of the same people that received the raise.

He has no more crossing guards to lay off and he'll NEVER let any of the other people go. I sure hope the volunteers know how to cut grass and fix potholes.

Maybe he will let the deputy clerk go and make Linda do her own clerks work, after all that is what she gets paid the most for.
